What have I been up too..

I know I been quiet this week, mainly because I been super busy making loads of projects, cooking and job seeking...

Here is my projects progress so far:

My next week project for SEW WEEKLY Halloween theme is ready.

So sorry, I cannot show what I made just yet but I can tell it's made of wool tweed.

Working in a little princess costume...

Making my apron for Karen's Aprolong...
some of my ideas...
The bodice is ready, but I am still undecided on the skirt... suggestions welcomed..

The fabric is Art Gallery.. a luxury for an apron, but since i'm always in the kitchen, why not look glorious?

What's cooking this week....

I will be sharing the very delicious brownie and breakfast rolls recipes soon.

love, Rachel

  1. Oh please tell me you are going to Halloween as the Doctor! We are HUGE Doctor Who fans in our house, favourite Doctor would have to be David Tennant though (sorry Matt Smith!)

  3. Oh those brownies!!!!!! I love brownies soooo nut. The nuttier and fudgier the better! There is a cafe next to my office that sells the best brownies.. I have limited myself to one a fortnight. So delicious.

Your apron is hot!!!! I saw it on Instagram this morning and honestly thought it was a sexy playsuit.

  4. I have like 15 favorite brownie recipes already but considering I actually tried to grab the one in your pic to have a taste, I think I'd better try that one too. ;-) That apron fabric is gorgeous! Love Art Gallery's stuff.

    1. It's quite hard to job hunt and keep the energy.. My blog is suffering but at least I feel I'm doing something productive and that make me feel better about the situation
